At Kritter Kreche we provide a range of professional services to assist you with the care of your much-loved family pets, focusing on the Huon Valley area of Tasmania.

We refer to In-Home Pet Minding as Minding. Minding can be for as little as a day or for as long as you need. We understand that every pet has its individual needs so visit durations and care of the pet/s will vary in accordance with these needs. These services include: cleaning and refilling food and water bowls, changing litter and provide daily updates, including photos (if desired).

The Minding services can also include the watering of plants, taking out of bins and mail collection if required.

Whilst we specialise in small and exotic pets we provide comfortable and secure boarding services for all pets.

At Kritter Kreche we have a comprehensive understanding of the special needs of rabbits. Consequently, we have invested in high quality enclosures and special hutches for the rabbits called ‘Eglu Go Rabbit Hutch’ from Omlet.com.au. These hutches keep them cool in the summer and snug as a bunny in a rug during the cooler months. The combination of the super secure enclosures and the Eglus will ensure that your bunny is safe and happy for the duration of their stay.

We understand that transporting pets can be problematic, depending on what you have available in terms of vehicle and/or pet carrier. At Kritter Kreche we provide professional transport services for a range of pets and locations. Please contact to discuss your needs.
